How do I place an online order?
Balloon Connexion has taken every precaution to make your online ordering process trouble-free and convenient. The How To Order Online page will help you get started with your first online order.

What if I forgot my Account Password?
At any time when you are asked for your Email Address and Password you have the option to click on Forgot your Password? to receive an e-mail message containing your new password.

How can I search for products on your web site?
There are a couple of different ways you can access products on our web site.

   First you may search by product code:
          ~ Qualatex product start with Q, example: Q43956
          ~ Anagram product start with A, example: A2755201
          ~ Betallic product start with BL, example: BL14901G
             etc...
       or "FULLTEXT" keyword, example: FROZEN or MICKEY or KITTY etc...

   Second, you may navigate by using PRODUCTS categories listed at the left of the product pages.

Can I track my online order once it has shipped?
Please contact our Sales Representatives to track your order during the above listed hours. Please be prepared to give us your customer number and Sales Order number. Our Sales Representatives will be able to give you information on where your package is and when it will arrive.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, please contact Sales Representatives and ask for Customer Order Terms & Conditions. We also have minimum order quantity requirements for Foil and Latex Balloons:

   Foil Balloon minimum order quantity requirements:
          - 4" & 9" Balloons require 20 per item number minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 20.
          - 18" ~ 20" Balloons require 10 per item number minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 10.
          - 22" ~ 36" Balloons require 5 per item number minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 5.
          - Bouquet In A Box require 3 per item number minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 3.

   Latex Balloon minimum order quantity requirements:
          - 5" ~ 16" Balloons require 1 bag per item number minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 1 bag.
          - 24" Balloons require 5 bag (5/bag) per item number minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 5 bag.
          - 30"/3FT Giant Balloons require 3 bag (2/bag) per item number minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 3 bag.

Do I need to pay GST?
All local sales will subject to 7% GST unless export with proven document. We are Global Refund member www.globalrefund.com. That mean as a foreign visitor, you are entitled to claim back the partial GST (your refund amount is the GST less an administration fee for Global Refund) that you pay on your purchase from Balloon Connexion Pte Ltd when you leave Singapore from Changi Airport.

How can I pay for my order?

     Singapore customer: Cash, NETS, or Local Bank Cheque upon pickup. Cash or Local Bank Cheque upon delivery. Payment in advance by online funds transfer to DBS bank account.
     
     Oversea customer: Payment in advance by Bank Wire to OCBC bank account. SGD20 Bank charge applies to Single Invoice below SGD900. Pay by VISA/MASTER Credit Cards via PayPal, subjected to 5% processing fee. 

Do I have to own a business to purchase product from Balloon Connexion Pte Ltd?
Yes. Balloon Connexion is a business-to-business wholesale supplier.

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

You will find that the online ordering process is simple and suitable for you to use. The information below will give you assistance in getting started with your first online order.

Login for Existing Customers
All existing customers may logon to the web site at any time. In order to view all product pricing and place order, you must type your Email Address and Password at LOGIN page or when prompted for this information anywhere else on the web site.

We will use the information you provide to validate you as a new customer. This process may take approximately 1-2 working days. Once we have validated you as a new customer, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of your login Password. You will now be ready to Login and place online orders. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Singapore customer:

Orders placed before 12 noon (+8GMT), Monday-Friday, will deliver the next business day. Orders placed after 12 noon (+8GMT) will deliver the business day after tomorrow. Subject to stock availability.

FREE delivery within Singapore on all orders of SGD900 or more on a Single Invoice.

SGD25 delivery charge within Singapore applies to single invoice below SGD900.

You may collect your order from our warehouse during business hour as soon as you confirm your order and we have packed and ready for pickup.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS POLICY

Exchange merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fees. We will only accept restocking products when they are in good resale condition. 

      • Microfoil & Bubble Balloons ~ within 6(six) months from the invoice date, we accept returns and replace manufacturer's defective merchandise. Microfoil & Bubble Balloon, which has been over inflated, miss handling, and frayed, cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Latex Balloons ~ within 3(three) months from the invoice date, we accept returns and replace manufacturer's defective merchandise. Most manufacturers do not guarantee individual latex balloons, therefore only a bag of 80% unuse balloons found to be defective can be returned & exchanged for comparable product.

Seasonal merchandise and items sold as specials clearance are not subject to return.

If you receive incorrect merchandise, damages items or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please complete the Return Policy for Defective Products form and call for further instructions if you need to return merchandise.

Liability Policy: Your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right for incidental or consequential damages.
